Frozen Peach Pie Recipe
This recipe of Frozen Peach Pie was picked up by me from a gourmet magazine, I twisted it a little bit to meet my taste here I am, sharing my version with you. This Frozen Peach Pie is so tasty that I cannot resist serving it as a Dessert often. I have a weakness for Fruits, thus I prepare this recipe often. Ingredients
1 box strawberry gelatin
11ge. can evaporated milk, chilled
1 c. sugar
1 c. fresh peach slices
2 vanilla wafer pie crusts
Directions
Prepare gelatin according to package directions; set aside to cool.
Whip milk; add gelatin, sugar and peaches.
Pour into crusts; freeze.
Remove from freezer just before serving.
