Frozen Oriental Salad Recipe

| Heavy cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped | |
| Chopped kumquats | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |

| Chopped maraschino cherries | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Crushed pineapple | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Finely chopped ginger | 1 Tablespoon | |

Directions
Add salt.

Pour into freezing tray of refrigerator.
