Frozen Mocha Dessert Recipe

Ingredients

 
2 (3-ounce) packages ladyfingers, split
 
1 cup water
 
1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
 
1 (16-ounce) package marshmallows
 
2 tablespoons cream sherry
 
3 cups whipping cream
 
2 (1-ounce) squares semisweet chocolate, grated

Directions

Line the bottom and sides of a 10-inch spring form pan with ladyfingers, placing the rounded sides of ladyfingers toward pan.
Set aside.
Combine water and coffee in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil.
Reduce heat to low; add marshmallows, and cook until marshmallows are melted.
Remove from heat; add sherry.
Set aside to cool.
Beat whipping cream until soft peaks form.
Fold whipped cream into cooled marshmallow mixture; pour into prepared pan.
Cover and freeze overnight.
Place dessert on a serving plate, and remove rim from spring form pan.
Cover top with grated chocolate.
