Frozen Fruit Delectable Recipe
Ingredients
| Whipping cream | 1/2 Pint, chilled | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Fruit cocktail | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Crushed pineapple | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Pecans | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Parsley or maraschino cherries | ||
Directions
Whip cream until almost stiff; beat in sugar, lemon juice, and mayonnaise.
Fold in fruits and pecans.
Freeze in an 8 inch square pan.
Cut into squares.
Garnish with sprig of parsley or maraschino cherry.
