Frozen Fruit Crème Recipe

Ingredients

 
2 cups unsweetened frozen fruit of choice
 
1/4 cup honey
 
3 tablespoons fruit juice, sweetened preserves choose flavor to correspond with frozen fruit
 
1 cup yogurt cheese .
 
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
 
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients except 1 tablespoon preserves in food processor and puree until smooth, stir in additional tablespoon of preserves.
2. Spoon into bowls and serve at once, or transfer to a freezer container and place in freezer for 30 minutes for a soft ice cream consistency.
3. Longer freezing will harden fruit creme.
4. If made well in advance, let sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes before serving for best texture.
