Frozen Bananas Recipe
Ingredients
6 firm bananas
1 package semi quartsweet chocolate pieces
1/3 cup butter or creamy peanut butter
1 cup chopped toasted nuts
12 wooden sticks
Directions
Peel and cut bananas in half crosswise.
Insert stick into cut end.
Place on cookie sheet in freezer at least 30 minutes before dipping.
Combine chocolate and butter in glass pie dish.
Cook on Raost (7) for 1 1/2 minutes or until melted and smooth.
Dip bananas in chocolate mixture and roll in chopped nuts.
Return to freezer to firm.
Store in plastic bag.
