Frozen Banana Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Pineapple - 1 No. 2 1/2 can, crushed | ||
| Miniature marshmallows | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Bananas | 4 | |
| Strawberries | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Peaches | 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Whipped cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a large saucepan, mix the pineapple and marshmallows and place over low heat until marshmallows are melted.
2. Add bananas and mix well.
3. Add strawberries and peaches, fold in mayonnaise and whipped cream. Pour into mold; cover and freeze till chilled
SERVING
4. Serve cold
