Ingredients

 
1 1/2 cups (375 ml) canned pears, drained
 
1 cup (250 ml) plain yogurt
 
2 tbsp (30 ml) sugar
 
1 tbsp (15 ml) icing sugar
 
1 tsp (5 ml) lemon juice

Directions

–  Mix all ingredients in a food processor.
–  Pour into narrow container. Freeze.
–  When mixture is partially frozen, return to food processor for 20 seconds. Remove frozen particles that stick to sides of bowl.
–  Chill in freezer until mixture is frozen solid. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.
