Frozen Yogurt Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Graham cracker crumbs | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Graham Crumb Crust:) | |
| Cocoa powder | 2 Teaspoon (Graham Crumb Crust:) | |
| 3 tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt | ||
| Packed brown sugar | 2 Tablespoon (Graham Crumb Crust:) | |
| 1 Peaches & Cream Frozen Yogurt | ||
| 2 fresh peaches, peeled, sliced for garnish | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 350F (175C).
2) In a bowl, add all crust ingredients to combine.
MAKING
3) In a 9-inch pie shell, press the crust mixture firmly.
4) Place inside oven to bake for 5 minutes.
5) Allow to cool.
6) Spread frozen yogurt evenly on top.
7) Cover with a plastic wrap and place into the frozen zone to freeze.
SERVING
8) Serve by taking out from frozen zone and garnishing by fresh peach slices.
