Frozen Sherry Cream Recipe
Ingredients
1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
1/2 cup dry or medium-dry Sherry
1 cup diced mixed seasonal fruits
Directions
Combine ice cream, Sherry and fruits in blender or processor and blend quickly.
Pour into ice cube tray with dividers removed and freeze until mushy.
Stir well, then continue freezing until firm.
