12-oz pkg (360 g) frozen raspberries without sugar, thawed
3/4 cup (180 ml) sugar, or more to taste squeeze of fresh lemon juice
2 cups (480 ml) Plain Nonfat Yogurt
3/4 cup (180 ml) heavy cream
2-3 tbs (30-45 ml) raspberry liqueur, optional
Directions
Puree the thawed raspberries in a food processor, using the steel blade.
Transfer to a sieve and press the mixture through the sieve into a bowl.
Discard the seeds.
Mix the sugar, lemon juice, yogurt, cream and optional raspberry liqueur into the raspberry juice.
Place in the container of an ice cream maker, and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
