 Raspberries500 Milliliter
 Granulated Sugar60 Milliliter
 30 ml unflavoured gelatin
 Water30 Milliliter
 Salt2 Milliliter
 Egg whites6
 Whipping cream500 Milliliter
 Kiwi375 Milliliter, chopped

Directions

MAKING
1) In a food processor, puree the raspberries, then strain and remove the seeds.
2) In a saucepan, reduce the puree to 1/4 cup.
3) Stir in sugar.
4) Soak gelatin in water and salt and then stir in the raspberry puree.
5) Let the sauce cool and then beat in egg whites along with cream.
6) Take souffle dish with foil collar and pour in the sauce.
7) Let it freeze overnight.

SERVING
8) Remove from collar and serve.
