Frozen Raspberry Kiwi Souffle Recipe
Ingredients
| Raspberries | 500 Milliliter | |
| Granulated Sugar | 60 Milliliter | |
| 30 ml unflavoured gelatin | ||
| Water | 30 Milliliter | |
| Salt | 2 Milliliter | |
| Egg whites | 6 | |
| Whipping cream | 500 Milliliter | |
| Kiwi | 375 Milliliter, chopped | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a food processor, puree the raspberries, then strain and remove the seeds.
2) In a saucepan, reduce the puree to 1/4 cup.
3) Stir in sugar.
4) Soak gelatin in water and salt and then stir in the raspberry puree.
5) Let the sauce cool and then beat in egg whites along with cream.
6) Take souffle dish with foil collar and pour in the sauce.
7) Let it freeze overnight.
SERVING
8) Remove from collar and serve.
