Frozen Prune Whip Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup undiluted evaporated milk | ||
| Sugar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Dash | |
| Orange juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 cup chopped pitted cooked prunes | ||
Directions
Chill evaporated milk in refrigerator tray until nearly frozen.
Beat with rotary beater or electric mixer until stiff; add sugar and salt and continue beating until no grains of sugar remain.
Fold in juices and fruit.
Freeze.
