Frozen Peaches And Cream Mousse Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen peaches | 2 Cup (16 tbs), mashed | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3 tablespoons creme d'almond liqueur or peach brandy | ||
| Vanilla Ice Cream | 1 Quart | |
| Peach slices | ||
Directions
Drain mashed peaches.
Combine drained peaches, sour cream, sugar and liqueur or brandy.
In large bowl stir ice cream just till softened; fold in peach mixture.
Turn into 5-cup mold.
Freeze several hours or overnight or till firm.
Unmold onto serving plate.
Let stand 15 minutes.
If desired, drizzle with additional liqueur.
Garnish with additional peach slices.
