Frozen Peach Macaroon Torte Recipe
Ingredients
| Peaches | 2 Cup (16 tbs), mashed | |
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Whipped heavy cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup coarse almond macaroon crumbs | ||
Directions

Mix the peaches, sugar, and lemon juice.
Fold in the whipped cream.

Spread half of the crumbs on the bottom of a 1-quart refrigerator tray, add the peach mixture, and top with the rest of the crumbs.
Freeze until firm, 4-6 hours.
