Frozen Peach Brandy Supreme Recipe
Ingredients
| Unsweetened frozen peaches 16 ounces , thawed | ||
| Apricot preserves | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brandy | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Vanilla extract | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Almond extract | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Honey | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Skim milk | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Half-and-half - 1/2 cup | ||
Directions
MAKING
1 In a food processor,add peaches and preserves.
2 Blend to puree.
3 Add in extracts and process just to blend.
4 In a large bowl, blend in honey, skim milk, and half-and-half.
5 Combine with peach mixture and stir to mix.
6 In an ice cream maker, process the mixture as per the manufacturer's instructions.
7 Or into a large, square pan transfer the mixture and freeze until thickened but not frozen.
8 Remove from the freezer, and gently beat to break down ice crystals.
9 Return to the freezer.
10 Repeat the process twice.
11 Into 2 1-quart containers, pack the ice milk the last time.
12 Freeze until ready to serve.

13 Serve chilled.
