Frozen Pea Salad Recipe
Ingredients

| Hidden Valley Original | ||
| Ranch salad dressing | ||
| Buttermilk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sour cream | 1 Carton (1l) | |
| Onion | 1 Small, chopped | |
| 1 small head lettuce, cut in bite-size pieces | ||
| 4 hard-cooked eggs, diced | ||
| Bacon strip | 10 , drained | |
Directions
Thaw peas; drain on paper towels.
In a small bowl put dry dressing mix, buttermilk and sour cream; whip this mixture until creamy and smooth.
Add onion, salt and pepper to taste.
In a large bowl combine lettuce, diced eggs, drained bacon and drained peas.
Add dressing mixture and toss lightly until salad ingredients are coated/Refrigerate until chilled; serve.
