Frozen Orange Cups Recipe
Ingredients
| 2/3 cup orange low-fat yogurt | ||
| 2 ounces light process cream cheese product, softened | ||
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Mandarin oranges | 1 Can (10oz), chopped | |
| Leaf lettuce leaves | 4 | |
Directions
Combine first 3 ingredients; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth.
Stir in oranges.
Spoon mixture evenly into 4 muffin cups lined with paper liners.
Freeze 1 hour or until firm.
Remove from muffin cups; peel away paper liners, and place salads on individual lettuce-lined salad plates, if desired.
