Ingredients

 2/3 cup orange low-fat yogurt
 2 ounces light process cream cheese product, softened
 Sugar1 Tablespoon
 Mandarin oranges1 Can (10oz), chopped
 Leaf lettuce leaves4

Directions

Combine first 3 ingredients; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth.
Stir in oranges.
Spoon mixture evenly into 4 muffin cups lined with paper liners.
Freeze 1 hour or until firm.
Remove from muffin cups; peel away paper liners, and place salads on individual lettuce-lined salad plates, if desired.
