Ingredients

 Boiling water package1
 Skim milk2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Apple juice concentrate1 Can (10oz), frozen
 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP® LITE® Whipped
 Mandarin orange segments1 Can (10oz), drained (Topping)

Directions

Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Stir in milk and apple juice concentrate.
Pour into 13 x 9-inch metal pan.
Freeze until about 1 inch of icy crystals forms around edges, about 1 hour.
Spoon mixture into chilled bowl; beat with electric mixer until smooth.
Gently stir in whipped topping.
Spoon a scant 2/3 cup mixture into each of 8 custard cups.
Freeze about 6 hours or overnight.
