Frozen Apple Flavored Orange Cream Recipe
Ingredients

| Skim milk | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Apple juice concentrate | 1 Can (10oz), frozen | |
| 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP® LITE® Whipped | ||
| Mandarin orange segments | 1 Can (10oz), drained (Topping) | |
Directions
Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Stir in milk and apple juice concentrate.
Pour into 13 x 9-inch metal pan.
Freeze until about 1 inch of icy crystals forms around edges, about 1 hour.
Spoon mixture into chilled bowl; beat with electric mixer until smooth.
Gently stir in whipped topping.
Spoon a scant 2/3 cup mixture into each of 8 custard cups.
Freeze about 6 hours or overnight.
