Frozen Neapolitan Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Graham cracker crumbs | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 tablespoon reduced-calorie stick margarine, melted | ||
| Cooking spray | ||
| 3/4 cup vanilla fat-free frozen yogurt, softened | ||
| 3/4 cup strawberry fat-free frozen yogurt, softened | ||
| 2 teaspoons fat-free chocolate sundae syrup | ||
Directions
1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted margarine in a small bowl, and stir well. Firmly press graham cracker crumb mixture evenly into bottom of a 5-inch springform pan coated with cooking spray.
2. Spoon vanilla yogurt onto crust, spreading gently; cover and freeze until firm. Spoon strawberry yogurt over vanilla yogurt, spreading gently; cover and freeze until firm. Drizzle syrup over pie just before serving. Garnish with mint sprigs, if desired. Cut pie in half, and serve immediately.
