Frozen Marshmallow And Pineapple Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Cream cheese package | 2 , softened | |
| Crushed pineapple | 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| Miniature marshmallows | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup coarsely chopped maraschino cherries | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans or walnuts | ||
Directions
Blend cheese and pineapple; mix in remaining ingredients and spoon into a refrigerator tray.
Freeze until firm, cut in squares, and serve.
