Frozen Margarita Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 1/2 cups small pretzels, finely crushed | ||
| 1/4 cup reduced-calorie margarine, melted | ||
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 6 cups vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt, softened | ||
| Tequila | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3 tablespoons frozen limeade concentrate, thawed and undiluted | ||
| 1 teaspoon grated fresh lime rind | ||
| Lime juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well. Press mixture into bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pieplate. Freeze crust 1 hour.
2. Combine yogurt and next 4 ingredients in a bowl, stirring well. Spoon yogurt mixture into prepared crust. Cover and freeze until firm. Let stand at room temperature 5 minutes before slicing.
