Frozen Lemon Delight Recipe

Ingredients
6 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 cup cream (1 pt.)
3 cup Rice Krispies
Directions
Separate eggs, beat whites until stiff.
Beat in sugar, add yolks, beating thoroughly.
Stir in lemon juice.
Beat cream until stiff and fold into egg mixture.
Crush Rice Krispies and sprinkle half of the crumbs in bottom of buttered pan.
Pour in lemon mixture, sprinkle remaining crumbs over the top.
Freeze until firm.
It will keep for several days.
