Frozen Ice Cream Dessert Recipe
Ingredients
| Graham Cracker Crumb Crust | ||
| Vanilla Ice Cream | 1 Quart, softened | |
| Confectioner’s sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Unsweetened chocolate square | 2 , melted | |
| Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Put ingredients for crumb crust into an 8x8x2-inch (20x20x5 cm) pan, mix well, and press into a layer.
Chill.
Spoon softened ice cream into crust and spread evenly.
Set in refrigerator.
Assemble Mixer.
In small mixer bowl, beat remaining ingredients at LOW then at HIGH until well mixed and fluffy.
Spread over ice cream in pan.
Freeze until firm.
Chill.
