Ingredients

 Ripe bananas2
 Pineapple juice1 Can (10oz)
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Orange juice1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
 Mandarin1 Can (10oz)
 1/4 cup sugar Iceberg lettuce

Directions

1. Combine the ripe bananas, pineapple juice and lemon juice in an electric-blender container; cover and whirl 1 minute at low speed until smooth.
2. Add orange juice, mayonnaise or salad dressing, the mandarin oranges (undrained), sugar; whirl 30 seconds at low speed.
3. Pour into 6 six-ounce molds, or into 9x9x2-inch pan and freeze for about 4 hours, or until firm.
4. To unmold: Loosen top edges with a sharp knife, then dip very quickly in and out of a pan of hot water; cover the molds with salad plates; turn upside down; gently lift off molds. If molded in pan, cut into squares.
