Frozen Mayonnaise And Cheese Fruit Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 3-oz. packages cream cheese | ||
| Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Whipped heavy cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup red maraschino cherries, quartered | ||
| 1/2 cup green maraschino cherries, quartered | ||
| Crushed pineapple can | 1 , drained | |
| 2 1/2 cups diced marshmallows, about 24 | ||
Directions
Combine cheese and mayonnaise, blend until smooth.
Fold in whipped cream, fruit and marshmallows.
Pour into 1 qt. refrigerator tray.
Freeze firm.
