 Softened cream cheese225 Gram
 Mayonnaise250 Milliliter
 Confectioner’s sugar60 Milliliter
 80 g cherry gelatin
 Boiling water125 Milliliter
 250 ml tangerine segments
 Pears250 Milliliter, diced
 Pineapple250 Milliliter, crushed
 Peaches250 Milliliter, diced
 Whipping cream250 Milliliter

Directions

Whip the cream cheese together with the mayonnaise and icing sugar.
Mix the gelatin together with the water and fold into the cheese mix.
Blend in the fruit.
Whip the cream and fold into the salad.
Pour the mixture into a bundt pan or mold.
Freeze covered.
Unmold by immersing the pan into very hot water.
Turn onto a serving platter.
Serve.
