Frozen Fruit Chantilly Recipe
Ingredients
| Pineapple tidbits | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Lemon package | 1 | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4 cup lime or lemon juice | ||
| Mayonnaise | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Whipping cream | 1/2 Pint | |
| 1/2 cup halved seeded grapes | ||
| Maraschino cherries | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), quartered | |
| 3 oranges peeled and diced | ||
| Pecans | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Drain pineapple and heat the juice to a boil.
Stir in the jelly powder and remove from heat.
When dissolved, whisk in salt, lime juice and mayonnaise.
Chill until as thick as jam.
Beat until smooth and fold in the whipped cream, pineapple tidbits and remaining ingredients.
Pour into a 1 1/2 quart ring mold and freeze until firm, about 3 hours.
