 Pineapple tidbits1 Can (10oz)

 Salt1/8 Teaspoon
 1/4 cup lime or lemon juice
 Mayonnaise1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Whipping cream1/2 Pint
 1/2 cup halved seeded grapes
 Maraschino cherries1/3 Cup (16 tbs), quartered
 3 oranges peeled and diced
 Pecans1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped

Directions

Drain pineapple and heat the juice to a boil.
Stir in the jelly powder and remove from heat.
When dissolved, whisk in salt, lime juice and mayonnaise.
Chill until as thick as jam.
Beat until smooth and fold in the whipped cream, pineapple tidbits and remaining ingredients.
Pour into a 1 1/2 quart ring mold and freeze until firm, about 3 hours.
