Frozen Fruit Recipe
Ingredients
| Grapefruit | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup fresh orange sections | ||
| 1/4 cup fresh tart cherries | ||
| Banana | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Unflavored gelatin | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cold water | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 tsp liquid sugar | ||
| Whipped topping | 1 Cup (16 tbs), prepared | |
Directions
Combine fruits and lemon juice in bowl; toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate.
Sprinkle gelatin over cold water, and allow it to rest 5 minutes to soften.
Heat just until gelatin is completely dissolved.
Add gelatin and sugar replacement to fruit; toss to coat.
Fold topping into fruit mixture.
Spoon into mold, freezer tray or individual dishes.
Freeze until firm.
