Frozen Fresh Fruit Dessert Recipe
Ingredients
| Soft-style cream cheese - 1/2 of an 8-ounce container | ||
| Sugar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon peel | 1/2 Teaspoon, finely shredded | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Fruit | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a small mixing bowl combine cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, lemon peel and lemon juice.
2. Fold desired fruit into cream cheese mixture.
3. In four 6-ounce custard cups place paper bake cups.
SERVING
4. Fill cups with fruit mixture and serve.
