Ingredients

 Thick cream2 Pint
 Egg yolks1
 Sugar8 Tablespoon
 Rum1/2 Bottle (1l)
 Brandy1/2 Bottle (1l)
 Nutmeg1 Teaspoon, grated

Directions

MAKING
1) Into a bowl, add in the cream. Whip the cream till it becomes stiff. Refrigerate.
2) Into a bowl, add in the egg yolks. Add in sugar and beat till the mixture becomes smooth.
3) Fold in the whipped cream gently.
4) Refrigerate the mixture till it sets.
5) Take the frozen mixture out of the fridge and pour in rum and brandy into it.
6) Stir well.

SERVING
7) Serve the Frozen Egg Nog in punch cups, garnished with grated nutmeg.
