Frozen Cream With Fruit Recipe
Ingredients
| Package cream cheese-1 (8-ounce) | ||
| Confectioners sugar-1 cup-sifted | ||
| Light cream or homogenized milk-1 cup | ||
| Vanilla extract | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Fresh berries of any kind or peaches-may be frozen | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Prepare muffin pans with cupcake liners in them
MAKING
2. Soften the cream cheese to room temperature
3. With an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese till it is smooth
4. Add the sugar to the bowl and mix well till smooth
5. Add milk and vanilla and beat well again
6. Pour the mixture into the muffin pans
7. Freeze till set
8. Remove and peel off paper just before serving
FINALIZING
9. Allow to soften slightly and place on serving dishes

10. Garnish with cut fruit and frozen cream around the dessert
