Frozen Christmas Confetti Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups heavy cream
2 tablespoons honey
3 teaspoons brandy extract (optional)
2 cups Custard Sauce, chilled
1 1/2 cups mixed dried fruit bits
Directions
Lightly oil a 6-cup ring mold.
In a large bowl, beat cream until soft peaks form.
Beat in honey and brandy extract just until blended.
In a medium-size bowl, mix together Custard Sauce and fruit bits.
Fold into whipped cream.
Turn into prepared mold, cover, and freeze.
