Frozen Chocolate Banana Pops Recipe
Ingredients
| Semi-sweet chocolate | 1 6 Ounce | |
| Bananas | 2 Large | |
| Wooden sticks | 4 | |
| 1/2 cup chopped peanuts or flaked coconut | ||
Directions
In small heavy saucepan melt chocolate over very low heat, stirring constantly.
Peel bananas; halve crosswise and insert wooden sticks.
Spread chocolate over bananas, then roll in peanuts or coconut.
Place on waxed paper-lined baking sheet.
Freeze till firm. (If not eaten the same day, wrap in moisture-vaporproof wrap and store in freezer.)
