Frozen Chocolate Bananas Recipe

Whenever I have Indian friends visiting I always prepare Frozen Chocolate Bananas which is most loved by them. It is served as a delicious Dessert. Ingredients
3 bananas cut each into 1/2 widthwise to get 2 small pieces
6 ice cream sticks
CHOCOLATE SAUCE
1/2 cup water
1 tsp cornflour & 1 tsp cocoa dissolved in 1/4 cup water
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp butter
1 slab chocolate, preferably dark chocolate softened and broken into small pieces
Directions
Peel and insert a stick in each piece of banana, starting from the cut end and going till halfway.
Freeze the bananas in the refrigerator.
For the sauce, mix 1/2 cup water, butter, sugar and chocolate pieces.
Boil.
Add the dissolved cornflour and cocoa paste.
Cook on slow fire for 3-4 minutes, stirring continuously, till the sauce becomes thick and glossy.
It should coat the back of the spoon.
Dip the frozen banana in the chocolate sauce.
Coat banana with sauce properly, pouring sauce with the spoon, if required.
Place on a plate.
Cover with a plastic wrap or a cling film.
Freeze again till both the banana and the sauce are hard.
