Frozen Cheese Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 pound Roquefort or Blue cheese | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 teaspoon finely cut chives | ||
| Sherry | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
1. Cream the butter or margarine, add the cheese and work until well blended. Add the remaining ingredients.
2. Pack in a shallow mold and freeze in the drawer of an automatic refrigerator; or cover and surround with finely crushed ice and rock salt, using equal parts, and let stand at least 1 hour.
3. Slice and serve with fruit or vegetable salad.
