Frozen Cheese Cream Recipe
Frozen Cheese Cream is an easy to make sweet dish. I have a sweet tooth and this dessert is one of my favorites! Try this Frozen Cheese Cream and you will understand why.
Ingredients
2 pints vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 cups creamed cottage cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
3/4 teaspoon almond extract
Grated lemon peel for garnish
Directions
1. Place ice cream in refrigerator about 40 minutes to soften slightly. Line 9" by 5" loaf pan with plastic wrap; set aside.
2. Meanwhile, in blender at medium speed or in food processor with knife blade attached, blend cottage cheese, sugar, egg, and almond extract until smooth.
3. In large bowl, with mixer at low speed, beat ice cream with cheese mixture until blended. Pour mixture into loaf pan; cover with plastic wrap. Freeze until firm, about 6 hours.
