Frozen Carob Chippers Recipe
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups French Vanilla Ice Cream
1 cup milk carob chips
24 Good Old Butter Cookies
Directions
Place ice cream into a medium-size bowl, and allow to soften until it can be stirred.
Stir in carob chips.
Spread about 3 tablespoons ice cream between 2 cookies to form a sandwich.
Repeat with the rest of the cookies.
Place on a baking sheet, and freeze until firm.
Then wrap each sandwich in foil, and place them all into a plastic bag.
Freeze.
