Frozen Berry Yogurt Recipe
Frozen berry yogurt can be prepared with berries of choice. Made with plain low fat yogurt, this frozen berry yogurt also has milk in the making. Chilled to set, it is served nice and cold on summer days!

Ingredients
1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup skim milk
3 cups fresh blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries, hulled or stemmed, or 3 cups thawed frozen dry pack berries
2 tablespoons sugar or 2 packets sugar substitute
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2/3 cup plain low fat yogurt
Directions
In a heatproof bowl, soften the gelatin in the milk for 5 minutes; set the bowl in a pan of hot water and stir until the gelatin dissolves.
Place the berries and sugar in a food processor and whirl for 60 seconds to puree; strain the puree into a medium size bowl, and mix in the lemon juice, yogurt, and gelatin mixture.
Transfer to a freezer or ice cube tray, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze until almost set 1 to 1/2 hours.
Whirl the partially frozen yogurt in the food processor for 1 minute or until smooth.
Return to the freezer tray and freeze for 4 hours or until just firm.
