 Banana1
 Apple1/2 Cup (16 tbs), unpeeled
 Unsurfured molasses - 1/12 tbsp
 Lemon juice1 Teaspoon
 Vanilla extract1 Teaspoon
 Yogurt1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Cut the apple and banana pieces

MAKING
2. Add them to the blender along with all the other ingredients and process at medium speed till smooth
3. Pour the mixture into a freezer tray, cover with aluminum foil and chill in the freezer till firm, say three hours

SERVING
4. Place the frozen mixture in a blender, process at low speed till softened and serve
