Frosty Melon Salad` Recipe
In my opinion there's not another recipe better than this Frosty Melon Salad` that is the reason I am so thrilled about introducing it to you. I have a weakness for Fruits, thus I prepare this recipe often. It is most popularly enjoyed as a Snack. Just try this Frosty Melon Salad` recipe, and you will never want to go for another recipe again.
Ingredients
1pkg. raspberry gelatin
3/4 c. fruit juice
1 med. honeydew melon
1 c. drained raspberries
3 3-oz. packages cream cheese
1 tbsp. Milk
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup hot water; add fruit juice.
Chill until thickened.
Peel melon, leaving whole.
Cut slice from one end; scoop out seeds.
Drain melon well; place upright in bowl.
Fold raspberries into gel- atin mixture; fill melon.
Replace top slice, fastening with toothpicks.
Chill.
Combine cream cheese and milk; beat until smooth and fluffy.
Cut thin slice from underside of melon to make firm base; place on plate.
Spread cream cheese mixture over entire melon.
Cut into slices.
Chill until thickened.
