Ingredients

 Sugar2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 1/2 cups fresh mint leaves or 1/2 cup dried mint
 Boiling water2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon juice3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Apricot1 12 Ounce, chilled
 1 6-ounce can frozen limeade concentrate
 1 6-ounce can frozen orange-juice concentrate
 1 6-ounce can frozen pineapple-juice concentrate
 Ginger ale2 Large, chilled
 1 quart lemon sherbet

Directions

Combine sugar, mint leaves, and boiling water; stir to dissolve sugar.
Cool.
Chill.
Strain into chilled punch bowl.
Add lemon juice, apricot nectar, the concentrates, and ginger ale.
Top with scoops of lemon sherbet.
Garnish with mint leaves, or float thin slices of lemon or orange atop, if desired.
