Frosty Golden Punch Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 1/2 cups fresh mint leaves or 1/2 cup dried mint | ||
| Boiling water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Apricot | 1 12 Ounce, chilled | |
| 1 6-ounce can frozen limeade concentrate | ||
| 1 6-ounce can frozen orange-juice concentrate | ||
| 1 6-ounce can frozen pineapple-juice concentrate | ||
| Ginger ale | 2 Large, chilled | |
| 1 quart lemon sherbet | ||
Directions
Combine sugar, mint leaves, and boiling water; stir to dissolve sugar.
Cool.
Chill.
Strain into chilled punch bowl.
Add lemon juice, apricot nectar, the concentrates, and ginger ale.
Top with scoops of lemon sherbet.
Garnish with mint leaves, or float thin slices of lemon or orange atop, if desired.
