Frosty Cappuccino Recipe
Ingredients
| Coffee | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Unsweetened cocoa | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Orange rind | 2 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Ground cinnamon | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Water | 1 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk fat | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar | ||
| 2 tablespoons Kahlua or other coffee-flavored liqueur | ||
Directions
Combine first 4 ingredients in coffee filter or filter basket of a drip coffee maker.
Add water to coffee maker.
Prepare coffee according to manufacturer's instructions.
Transfer to a pitcher.
Stir in milk and remaining ingredients.
Pour into ice cube trays; freeze until firm.
Position knife blade in food processor bowl.
Add coffee ice cubes; process 2 minutes.
Add water to coffee maker.
