 Egg white1
 3 dessert spoons cold water

 Cream of tartar1/4 Teaspoon
 1/2 teaspoon vanilla little melted chocolate

Directions

Whisk all ingredients except vanilla in a basin over hot water for about 7 minutes until mixture stands in peaks then add vanilla.
Dribble a little melted chocolate over the top.
