Frosting Recipe
Ingredients
| Egg white | 1 | |
| 3 dessert spoons cold water | ||
| 7 oz.sugar | ||
| Cream of tartar | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 teaspoon vanilla little melted chocolate | ||
Directions
Whisk all ingredients except vanilla in a basin over hot water for about 7 minutes until mixture stands in peaks then add vanilla.
Dribble a little melted chocolate over the top.
