1 loaf unsliced day-old bread

1 1/2 packages (12 ounces in all) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup milk
Cherry tomatoes
Stuffed green olive slices
Scallion tops
Directions
Trim crusts from bread and slice horizontally into 5 slices.
Spread 4 slices with butter.
Prepare fillings.
Spread a different filling on each buttered slice.
Stack the slices, placing the unbuffered slice on top.
Beat cream cheese with milk until soft and smooth; spread over top and sides of reassembled loaf.
