Frosted Lemon Treats Recipe
Frosted lemon treats are baked lemon cakes or bars that are frosted with lemon frosting. Prepared in a microwave, the frosted lemon treats are made with milk, flour, butter, eggs and flavored with lemon peel. Prepared in a matter of minutes, the frosted lemon treats can be served after any meal.

Directions
Grease bottom only of oblong baking dish, 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inches.
Mix margarine, sugar, egg, lemon peel and milk.
Stir in flour, baking powder and salt.
Spread evenly in baking dish.
Microwave uncovered 2 minutes; turn dish one half turn.
Microwave until no longer doughy, 1 to 2 minutes.
Cool; frost with Lemon Frosting.cut into bars, about 2 x 1 1/2 inches.
