Frosted Delight Recipe
Ingredients
| Canned crushed pineapple | 1 Large | |
| Unflavored gelatin | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Apple jelly | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), mint flavored | |
| Whipping cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Powdered sugar | 1 Teaspoon |
Directions
Drain pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup juice.
Blend gela- tin and pineapple juice; bring to a boil, stirring con- stantly.
Add jelly; stir over medium heat until melted.
Mix in pineapple; cool.
Whip cream with confectioners' sugar until stiff peaks form.
Fold whipped cream into jelly mixture.
Pour into freezer tray; refrigerate until firm or freeze until firm but not solid.
Garnish with mint.
