Ingredients

 
Cream cheese - 1 pound
 
Cheddar cheese – 1 pound, grated
 
Smoked cheese - 1/4 pound, grated
 
Onion salt - 1 teaspoon
 
Garlic salt - 1/4 teaspoon
 
Parsley - 3 teaspoons, snipped
 
Mustard to taste
 
Milk as per requirement
 
Prepared horseradish - 2 tablespoons
 
Chopped cashew nuts
 
Chopped parsley
 
Cream cheese - 4 packages (3-ounce)
 
Pecans - 1 cup, ground

Directions

MAKIG
1) Take a large mixer bowl and combine together cream cheese (keeping 1 cup aside), Cheddar cheese and smoked cheese in it.
2) Add onion salt, garlic salt and mustard.
3) Beat mixture until nicely blended. Add milk to attain desired consistency.
4) Shape mixture into a ball. Chill.
5) Soften the reserved cream cheese and add horseradish to it.
6) Spread mixture over cheese ball.

SERVING
7) Garnish with nuts and parsley.
8) Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Can be served frozen.
