Ingredients

 
All-purpose flour-2 cups
 
Sugar-2 cups
 
Salt-1/2 teaspoon
 
Margarine-1 cup
 
Shortening-1/2 cup
 
Water-1 cup
 
Cocoa Butter milk-1/2 cup
 
Eggs-2, beaten
 
Baking soda-1 teaspoon
 
Vanilla-2 teaspoons
 
Confectioners' sugar-1 pound

Directions

MAKING
1)In a bowl, mix together flour, sugar and salt.
2)In a saucepan, add 1/2 cup margarine, shortening, water and 1/4 cup cocoa. Bring to a boil.
3)Mix the mixture into flour mixture and add 1/2 cup buttermilk, eggs, soda and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
4)Take a greased 16x11 x 1-inch pan and pour the batter into it.
5)Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
6)Take a saucepan and add remaining margarine and cocoa and add 1/3 cup buttermilk. Bring to a boil.
7)Add confectioners' sugar and remaining vanilla and pour over warm brownies.

SERVING
8)Serve the frosted brownies warm.
