Ingredients

 Blackberry Gelatin – 2packs (6 ounce pack each)
 Crushed pineapple1 , canned
 Blackberries1 , canned
 Cream Cheese – 1 pack (8 ounce)
 Sour cream1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sugar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Pecans1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING
1) In 3 cups of boiling water, dissolve the gelatin
2) Stir in 3 cups of cold water, the pineapple and the blackberries
3) Using an electric mixer, soften the cream cheese and then add in the sour cream and the sugar
4) Spread the cream cheese over the gelatin mixture and top with the pecans
5) Place in the refrigerator till serving time

SERVING
6) Serve chilled
